*Note: In light of the challenging security conditions Lebanon has been facing as a result of the Israeli war, the Central Administration of Statistics encountered significant operational challenges. The areas affected by the conflict experienced major disruptions, particularly in the regular collection of prices for goods and services. To ensure the timely release of the index, alternative approaches were adopted, including imputation methods, the use of available electronic data, and reliance on shared price collection points with less affected areas. Despite these challenges, CAS was able to collect a substantial number of prices, enabling the index to be released within its scheduled timeframe.
